We're on the hunt for a nurse to join our family - someone who thrives in teamwork but can also shine independently. We value respect, teamwork, compassion, and exceptional customer service.
The role will be varied. We have an amazing permanent receptionist so shifts will be comprised of rover, consult and surgery (with a bit of reception thrown in). At Montrose we do vet/nurse consulting, where nurses are in the consults taking notes, preparing medications and forming part of the treatment team.
This is a permanent position, with shifts and hours to be negotiated. Shift times can be 8-12pm (Saturdays 1 in 3 required) 8-2pm or 8-6pm. Some flexibility to work additional shifts as required would be an advantage.
Our ideal applicant would be:
✅Confident, outgoing, friendly and easy-going with a great work ethic.
✅ Willing to provide gold standard care and share their knowledge and skills with others.
✅ Great clinical & anesthetics knowledge (✅ exotics, a bonus).
✅ CERT IV or equivalent qualified.
✅ Excellent communication and time management skills.
If this roles sound like you, send an email to Mike and Farrah at: montrosevetoffice@gmail.com, telling us why you're the pawfect 🐾 fit for our team! 😁🐶🐱
