Reedy Creek Veterinary Surgery, Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast QLD (posted 23rd August) Receptionist

Reedy Creek logo

VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST / NURSE

Predominantly reception based customer care role, part time or full time.

Did someone say a team of six ridiculously fabulous customer care nurses? A progressive modern practice? A clientele who are 99.9% wonderful? The best bosses on the Gold Coast? (who also wrote this ad so we can’t completely rule out exaggeration or self-promotion!)

You could be part of this team too! The best practice on the Gold Coast (again, not verified scientifically) is looking for a mainly reception based nurse to add to our tribe. This is no ordinary boring desk job, we have a great culture centred around solid values that has enabled us to attract like minded clients and build lifelong relationships with them and their pets. Our work family is our greatest asset and the reason we all love coming to work every day.

We’re hoping you have experience in the veterinary industry, particularly in customer service, would like full time or part time hours (minimum 3 days a week and some Saturday mornings), and have values and an outlook that aligns with our vision of Healthy Pets, Happy People. We could accommodate a role involving both customer care and clinical nursing, but our priority is at least 3 days of reception shifts.

Our practice is busy with a varied workload. We have 8 vets, 11 nurses, 3 admin staff and a purpose-built hospital with all the toys. We handle most things in house and perform more procedures ourselves than your average GP vet. We need someone with energy and a passion for the industry and for helping people and their pets.

For us, it’s all about finding the right person, so we can be flexible in the shifts and hours. We will work really hard to make the perfect job for the perfect person!
