You
We need someone who can communicate effectively both verbally and written with the ability to work well with others in the team. We need an empathetic leader who can keep their team focused. Having a knack for numbers will come in handy – financial responsibilities can include anything from budgeting, cost saving methods and identifying sources of lost revenue. To do your job well you will need be effective with your time and organisation. Being able to stay level-headed when tensions run high and problem solving is key. We advocate and will be seeking a person who can demonstrate love & compassion, excellence, integrity, teamwork and a sense of community.
Due to the size of this clinic we need someone who has had previous experience in a clinic of this size and the requirements for it to run well.
