Leadership and Support:
Our leadership team are actively engaged in The Lincoln Institute's Veterinary Leadership program and are members of the Veterinary Business Group. They are committed to nurturing the leadership potential in all our veterinarians.
Work Schedule and On-Call Duties:
Launceston now has an after-hours emergency clinic for weekends and public holidays, meaning our on-call duties are limited to Monday to Thursday nights. We use VetChat to screen calls, significantly reducing the number of callouts. Saturday shifts are shared on a 1-in-5 or 1-in-6 rotation from 9 am to 3 pm.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary well above the award rate: $70-140K pro rata, commensurate with experience.
- Additional earnings for after-hours services.
