- Experience in a veterinary clinic is highly preferred, whether as a nurse or in a receptionist role.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A passion for animals and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
