SUNSHINE, INNER WEST MELBOURNE - SMALL ANIMAL
Melbourne Inner West – 2 Vet FTE Family Friendly Small Animal Practice
Are you an experienced veterinarian who enjoys a mix of surgery and consults, a love for building lasting client relationships, and a desire to mentor and grow? Are you also looking for a family friendly clinic? Look no further – we have the perfect opportunity for you!
About Us:
Nestled in the heart of Melbourne's vibrant inner western suburbs, our vet clinic may not boast flashy exteriors, but step inside, and you'll discover a warm, family friendly clinic, that prioritises patient care and learning and development. We are a supportive team who love discussing cases and bouncing ideas off each other.
Please click here to see photos!
At our clinic, we don't just offer a job; we offer a career path filled with opportunities for growth and development. We believe in investing in our team members, and that's why we're committed to sending you to top-notch courses, conferences, and other exciting learning experiences to help you reach your full potential.
You’ll also have access to VIN, CVE membership and more.
Family Friendly:
Getting the balance between family, work and fun can be a challenge. As a mum of 2 small children, I have created a clinic that welcomes parents and understands that time off for those inconveniently timed mothers/fathers/special person’s days, school interviews, events, etc are important to attend.
Does your child’s school ever forget to notify you of student free days? Mine does! That’s why you’ll sometimes see kids in the clinic during business hours. Thankfully we have a separate breakout space/office upstairs, with a TV, snacks and 2 cats where older kids can hang out.
We also offer a paid parental leave package in addition to the government contribution.
If this sounds like a place for you, please reach out to me, Noriel, on 0422762442 or email nwilliams@cosypawsvet.com.au.

Thinking of specialising but looking for that next step before taking the leap into an internship or residency? Bundoora Veterinary Group is excited to advertise a new position for an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team.
About our Clinic:
Our long-established hospital is busy and fast paced and we are passionate about providing high level, affordable pet care. We are looking for an Experienced Vet and team player who has a solid grounding in GP and ECC work but is looking to advance and expand on their small animal surgical skills and knowledge.
To thrive in this environment we must employ resilient, flexible, hard-working, adaptive staff who bring a special range of skill sets that cannot be easily put into words, but perhaps best described as ultimate team players.
Our Surgical Service:
This position has been developed to ensure we continue to provide a high level of surgery across a wide and varied caseload. Our GP Centres provide routine surgery 5 days per week and our ECC Centre provides advanced and urgent surgery 24hrs a day.
This position will also provide the applicant the opportunity to gain mentorship, training, support, and guidance from a travelling Specialist Surgeon, who works from our Centre one week in four.
Expand your knowledge with access to more advanced surgical cases whilst still building a solid foundation in GP and ECC cases. This position will assist our Management team, Veterinary Directors and Lead Vets to oversee and build and develop the Surgical services within our Practice.
