About the Role:

The surgery nurses are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the surgical service. The role would be well suited to a nurse who has an interest in scrubbing into surgical procedures, assisting surgeons in major operations, along with the desire to take their anaesthesia skills to the next level. Training will be provided by anaesthetists and specialist surgeons. Involvement with the mobile surgical service is an option but not essential. We anticipate this would be a full time, 4 days per week role, but would tailor the schedule for the right candidate. Work alongside and be challenged by a talented team of specialists, residents, interns and highly qualified nurses across all disciplines Surgical referrals include a wide range of orthopaedic, neurological, oncological and soft tissue reconstruction.
