TAROONA/SANDY BAY, SOUTHERN HOBART - SMALL ANIMAL New Position
Hi to all my vet colleagues in Hobart and afar!
It is now April 2024 - for all those veterinarians out there - full time, part time and/or casual - It is time to make a decision - either stay where you are or make a change for better working conditions, better pay and a supportive boss/management. It really is not rocket science - all it takes is a phone call to chat!
For those seeking to balance family and career – we are a family business with young children ourselves – and know the value of supporting our Dog Clinic family members.
We often see the conversations on the vet network about vets not being happy and not knowing what to do? Give us a call – or pop in for a wander round to see what the Dog Clinic experience is that our patients love.
Do you like working with good clients that are encouraged to have pet insurance?
Do you like a clinic that encourages 20 (standard), 30 and 40 min appointments?
Do you like offering the best for your patient/client but still feel you can offer 2nd/3rd options and not feel bad?
What about finishing at a reasonable hour to be with your family and friends or go for that run/cycle/bushwalk or glass of wine?
Does your boss support/understand when you or more likely your kids are sick or that your family just needs you ASAP?
How about having a clinic that actively encourages breaks and lunches?
Do you like to spend time on cases and your boss factors in/allows you that extra time to email clients and catchup on cases?
Have the help and support with a team that has over 50-60 years combined experience!
Those complicated surgeries - don't stress as we have easy access to an amazing in-house referral surgeon – an amazing training, knowledge/experience and education opportunity too.
Does your boss pay you $65+/hour or more depending on experience and hours worked – noting we are open to negotiate!
We are a small animal family owned veterinary clinic of 14+ staff and 2 locations (Taroona and Sandy Bay) with all the base/standard equipment and tools (full idexx suite, vetscan AI, Vcheck, AB titre/faecal testing, dental suite/xray, ultrasound etc) but always ready to improve and develop.
Don't wait until it is too late - life is too short - we are an inclusive clinic that works to our values of compassion, respect and excellence for our people and our pets.
Call now - 03 6227 9586 - and chat to Raj (Managing Partner and Senior Veterinarian) or our head nurse Bel.
Cheers
Raj and the team
