The Carisbrooke Vets – Isle of Wight
We are looking for a RVN to join our loyal team on the beautiful Isle of Wight. The ideal candidate would be hard-working, and enjoy being part of a fun, forward-thinking team.
Maybe you’d like to work part time? Or full time? We are open to hearing what works for you!
We do have an OOH rota, consisting of only 1:14.
Fun and varied caseload at our mixed practice – including small animals, large animals and exotics. A whole Island’s worth of fun!
The Isle of Wight is a UNESCO biosphere - recognised as a unique natural and cultural environment. It’s a great place to live and work - with surf, sea swimming, mountain bike riding and sea eagles on your doorstep as well as easy access to cross channel ports, airports and direct trains from Portsmouth and Southampton to central London.
Our team currently consists of sixteen vets, sixteen nurses, three animal care assistants and a supportive management/admin team.
We also benefit from the support of the wider Vet Partners community, which brings a wide range of employment benefits which we would be happy to discuss. We welcome informal enquiries and we would love you to come and see us for yourself - come and spend a few days on this beautiful Island and we’d be happy to show you how we work as well as some of the things we think are so great about our island and our clients.
Please feel free to email with informal enquiries in the first instance to practicemanager@iowvet.com
Or submit your cv and a covering letter, telling us what you could bring to this role - and how we might be able to work together to create a fulfilling and stimulating role.
