This part time position would involve various roles (due to our growth). We have dedicated full time and part time nurses, receptionists and cattery staff. Your role will be to do 1-2 regular shifts every week (as a nurse or receptionist), plus extra days to cover their annual leave (about 13-15 weeks per year) as well as sick leave. We require experience as a qualified nurse so that you feel confident covering our senior nurse's leave as well as working Saturdays with the vet. More specific details about the current available hours can be given in the interview. We are growing very fast so your hours will increase as well.
There are no after hours, and we are closed on Public Holidays. Our open hours are 8.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays (shared roster). On a rare occasion you must be able to work overtime if required. The roster and day is planned such that everyone gets breaks through the day.
Our hospital is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, all inhouse laboratory facilities, multi-parameter monitor etc. If there is anything you need, we will get it!
