Maryborough is located 166km north west of Melbourne.
In the heart of the Victorian Goldfields region, Maryborough boasts grand gold rush architecture, lush gardens, antiques, art and a fast growing food and wine scene. Situated on the northern slopes of the Great Dividing Range and surrounded by bushland, the large town has roots which date back to the Gold Rush days of the mid-1800s when gold mining was the predominant industry in the region.
