Warners Bay is a suburb of the City of Lake Macquarie and is located 15 kilometres from Newcastle's CBD on the eastern side of Lake Macquarie.
The beautiful Warners Bay foreshore is perfect for walking, cycling and rollerblading. Dotted along the waterfront are pretty picnic areas, and you’ll find delicious cafes and restaurants on The Esplanade. Water sports are popular, too. You can even try foilboarding.
The meandering shared path is a delight to explore. You’ll be mesmerised by Australia’s largest coastal saltwater lake, a haven for sailing, kayaking, fishing and stand-up paddleboarding. The magnificent Watagans Mountains are a striking backdrop in the distance, especially at sunset.
