Gawler East is a town north of Adelaide, South Australia in the Town of Gawler. It is on the rising ground of the Adelaide Hills east of the town of Gawler.
Gawler is a commercial centre for the Mid-North district of South Australia. Gawler regularly hosts stages of the annual cycling race “Tour Down Under”. Gawler is just over forty kilometres north of Adelaide city centre with highways leading to loads of great locations like Mildura, Sydney and the Barossa Valley.
