Are you an experienced, empathetic, and passionate veterinary nurse or nurse manager looking to step into a leadership role?
Join Vets in the Village in St Lucia – a modern, forward-thinking practice where patient care, transparency, and a supportive team culture come first. We are 100% independent and family-owned, with a superstar team of three vets, four nurses, and one receptionist.
We’re looking for someone excited about growing and leading our nursing and reception team, while contributing to and building our fun, high-performing, team-oriented culture. This role offers a balance of clinical work, management, and leadership, with the full support and guidance of Dr. Ellen and Tim, the clinic owners.
We established Vets in the Village to change the way staff and clients experience veterinary care - starting with a transparent open-hospital policy, gold-standard treatment, and a genuine investment in our team. Our priority is to break the vicious cycle of high stress, burnout, and corporate KPIs, creating an environment where our village family can build sustainable careers, not just years in the industry.

About You:
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or higher) + senior vet nurse experience
- Confident in surgical & hospital nursing (anaesthetics, diagnostics, monitoring, etc.)
- Strong leadership & communication skills, with the initiative and flexibility to inspire and guide the team
- Passionate about building genuine relationships with pets and clients
- A supportive mentor who enjoys teaching and creating a dynamic, fun team environment
