Full time- Customer Service Representative
Vet HQ is currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated customer service representative to join our amazing team. One of our lovely receptionists is going to be joining our nursing team, so this unique opportunity has become available.
Vet HQ Double Bay is privately owned practice, we also have a sister practice at Darlinghurst.
We offer the highest standard of patient care with a focus on offering our clients gold standard customer service. We are a progressive multi vet practice and we are looking for someone who is a confident and level headed professional and who is committed to the client and delivering a five-star customer service experience. This is an extremely important role as you are the clients first point of contact and the last.

This role is 5 days per and may include an occasional Saturday.

Skills and attributes:
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- The ability to handle high stress and busy situations
- The ability to multi task, have a high attention to detail as well as the ability to be productive during quiet times.
- Solutions focused
- A positive “can do” attitude”.
- Have experience in a receptionist or client focused role.
- Experience in a veterinary or medical practice would be an asset
- Be a part of a dedicated team who take responsibility and share responsibility.
- Experience in RX Works preferred (but not essential)
- Be familiar with Microsoft office programs
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Scheduling appointments
- Providing premium customer service during patient arrivals and departure.
- Maintaining patient records and client communications
- Financial transactions
