The Customer Service Representative role is pivotal to the smooth and professional operation of Melbourne Animal Referral Services (MARS). This role is:
- The first point of contact for everyone contacting the hospital and mobile services
- Based in Melbourne within strong team environment
- Delivers exceptional customer service
- Demonstrating compassion, sensitivity and understanding
Do you have…
- Experience working in a medical or veterinary practice?
- Excellent computer literacy?
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced organisation?
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills?
- Knowledge of EzyVet is desirable, but not essential
