We are looking for an experienced Head Nurse to lead and manage nursing staff while ensuring high-quality patient care. This full-time role involves supervising daily operations, overseeing patient care, implementing policies, and providing staff training. The Head Nurse will collaborate with healthcare teams, monitor patient safety, and handle emergency situations when necessary.
We are looking for a nurse who:
- Holds a Cert IV qualification in Veterinary Nursing
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Experience coaching and mentoring Vet Nurses
- Has a proactive, positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care
