Experienced vet nurse required with surgery and medicine focus

Brookfield Vet Surgery

We require a part time or full-time nurse to join our wonderful team of supportive and caring staff at Brookfield Vet Surgery (West Brisbane). We are a busy mixed practice but predominantly small animal clinic in a beautiful country and community area but still only 12 km to the CBD. We have wonderful cliental and patients. We have most of the toys ranging from dental x ray, digital radiograph, new ultrasound machine, blood gas, idexx blood machines, advanced patient monitoring machine etc. We perform lots of surgeries from orthopaedics and exlaps to routine. We are open to buying more equipment if desired and continuing education for the right person. We have multiple kennel hands to help with patient care and cleaning also.

A high standard of customer and patient care is a must. Experience and passion for surgical and medical nursing is also desired and a large part of the role. But above all is a person who can fit in with our current amazing team.

Pay range based on experience $32-$45/hour but negotiable for right person.
