Locum Veterinarian – Adelaide VET Goodwood
AdelaideVet Goodwood is seeking a locum veterinarian to join our experienced and supportive team for the months of November and December.
About Us
Our clinic is equipped to the highest standards, comparable to modern human medical facilities. We offer:
- X-ray and ultrasound suite
- Advanced anaesthetic monitoring systems
- ECG and flexible endoscopy for gastrointestinal and respiratory diagnostics
- Automatic intravenous fluid pumps
We provide a broad range of services, from routine desexing to complex diagnostics, advanced surgery, and intensive medical care. Our team functions as your pet's GP, dentist, surgeon, pharmacist, paediatrician, radiologist, nutritionist, ICU team, pet store, advice centre, emergency and after-hours support.
Locum Details
- Duration: 1st November to the end of December
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm
- Full-time preferred
- Flexible options: 4 days x 10 hours or 5 days x 7.5 hours
- Caseload: General practice with surgery
- Support: No sole charge expected, but confidence in handling it if needed is preferred
- No on call hours

A capable and confident veterinarian who is comfortable with general practice and surgical procedures. You'll be working alongside a collaborative team in a well-equipped, high-standard clinic.
